Before you pop the champagne and cheers in 2018, don’t forget to get in your last workout of 2017!
This one is a reverse ladder – so keep in mind that each round is easier than the one before! The countdown is 12 to 1 – first round is 12, second round is 11, third round is 10, and so on.
You need a couple of kettlebells and a power wheel. If you don’t have a power wheel, you can do a plank walkout.
Perform this circuit as a countdown starting at 12 down to 1, going down one each round
- Single-Arm Kettlebell Clean
- Kettlebell Swing
- 2-Point Row
- Goblet Split Squat (use dumbbell or kettlebell)
- Power Wheel Rollouts (or plank walkout)
